We can create a weekly, biweekly, or monthly house cleaning schedule of your home based on your budget and needs to guarantee your home is always looking its best. Vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, mopping and so much more: we offer as full range of cleaning services so your home is exactly how you want it to look.

Maintenance Clean Task List

Bathrooms

  • Empty all waste cans and reline
  • Dust for cobwebs at ceiling line, baseboards, behind doors and doorframes
  • Dust blinds, window sills and window lock ledges, light fixtures, doors and doorframes.
  • Clean ceramic tile, grout, tub and shower enclosure walls using soap scum removal procedures (Mold/mildew typically requires chlorinated products which we don’t carry on Maintenance cleans)
  • Clean commodes, tubs, showers, shower doors and sinks
  • Clean/Sanitize vanity counter tops and wipe toiletry bottles as needed
  • Clean mirrors (within reach)
  • Dry and shine faucets, shower heads, towel bars, tissue holders etc.
  • Spot clean exterior of cabinets and doors
  • Wipe and sanitize light switch plates
  • Wipe baseboards as needed
  • Vacuum and mop floors

Kitchen

  • Empty trash receptacles
  • Dust for cobwebs; starting at ceiling line (reachable w/ 1 step foot stool and extension pole) dust light fixtures
  • Dust blinds, window sills and inside window frames and lock ledges
  • Dust wall hangings, décor items, doors and door frames
  • Spot Clean Cabinetry
  • Clean exterior of large appliances including Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher (inside of appliances is an optional add on)
  • Clean exterior and interior of microwave
  • Clean/Sanitize countertops/backsplashes and small appliances moving and cleaning under each
  • Sanitize, Dry, and Shine sinks and faucets
  • Spot clean baseboards as needed and wipe light switch plates
  • Vacuum and Mop floors

All Other Living Areas

  • Dust for cobwebs at ceiling line, baseboards, blinds, window sills, doorframes, wall hangings etc.
  • Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures as needed
  • Dry dust window sills and lock ledges, doors and doorframes and all reachable baseboards
  • Damp dust/polish top, front and sides of all furnishings
  • Hand Wipe/Dust décor items (Heavily loaded knick knack or library shelves and inside of shadow boxes/curio cabinets and china cabinets are priced separately)
  • Clean glass topped surfaces including inside and outside of front and back entrance doors
  • Courtesy linen change for one bed –others may be added for $5.00 each
  • Spot vacuum upholstery as needed
  • Vacuum edges of carpeted floors against baseboards and under heavy furniture w/attachments (Light pieces up to 25 lbs. will be moved if possible for vacuuming)
  • Deep vacuum out of each room
  • Vacuum/Dust Mop all hard surface floors and wet mop flooring where appropriate

  • Stairs Vacuumed (Dust risers, banisters, railings, cobwebs, wall hangings, lights)
  • Hallways (dust baseboards, wall hangings, lights, vents, doors / frames)
  • Entry ways (cobwebs, light switch plates, Lights, blinds, baseboards and thresholds)
  • Clean Door Glass in front and rear entry doors (one set of sliders only)
  • Dust blinds on side lights at doors

Step 2: Choose Your Frequency
Select the cleaning schedule that fits your lifestyle:

  • Weekly Cleaning — Ideal for busy households, families with children or pets, and anyone who loves coming home to a spotless house every week.
  • Biweekly Cleaning — Our most popular option. Perfect for maintaining a clean home without the weekly commitment.
  • Monthly Cleaning — A great choice for smaller households or as a supplement to your own routine cleaning.

Step 3: Consistent Team & Routine
We assign the same cleaning team to your home whenever possible, so they learn your preferences and layout. Your team follows a detailed checklist covering every room — from dusting ceiling fans and wiping baseboards to sanitizing bathrooms and mopping floors.

Step 4: Quality Assurance
After each visit, your team reviews their work against our quality standards. If you are ever less than thrilled, let us know within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at no charge.
