Toilets (de-scaling procedure and sanitizer)
Tubs scoured and sanitized
Mirrors polished top to bottom

Sinks and vanity tops cleaned
All faucets and fixtures, towel bars, etc. cleaned and polished
Cabinets and drawers wiped out, cabinet facings cleaned
Light switch plates, doors, door knobs cleaned / sanitized
Door facings and frames wet washed
Baseboards wet washed
Floors vacuumed and mopped

Kitchen

Stop cooktop cleaned (drip pans will be washed but may need to be replaced by tenant)

Interior of ovens/refrigerators cleaned (optional at $50 per oven or refrigerator)
